But Kentucky has come under fire for the state\u2019s perceived (read: blatant) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/sethcohen\/2020\/06\/22\/kentucky-and-jim-crow-2-dot-0\/#108b18dc2219\">voter suppression tactics<\/a>, which particularly affect Black voters. Typically, the state has 3,700 polling locations. But due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the state expanded its mail-in ballot access and cut down in-person polling stations to just 200.
